Lisa’s rich background in project management and healthcare operations, IT, and finance allows her to translate healthcare organizations’ most ambitious goals into actionable plans and realized outcomes. Clients value Lisa’s diverse expertise and flexibility in applying project management best practices to meet the unique needs of each engagement and project team. Beyond keeping projects on time and within budget, Lisa partners with client counterparts at all levels of an organization to proactively identify and mitigate risks, navigate complex relationship dynamics, and effectively manage change.
While at ECG, Lisa has primarily provided project management leadership for large-scale, multidisciplinary engagements and supported clients in the development and execution of transformative initiatives. Lisa is a Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner, and her project delivery is complemented by intentional, ADKAR-based change management programs to improve change acceptance, drive adoption, and realize project goals. Recent examples of Lisa’s work include managing a clinical quality improvement initiative at an academic medical center and overseeing a physician enterprise alignment and performance improvement project at a multihospital system. Before joining ECG, Lisa worked as a project manager at Epic, where she led revenue cycle implementations and developed a deep understanding of revenue cycle best practices, health system finance, and clinical workflows. During her time at Epic, Lisa received the Implementation Division’s Capstone Award for outstanding leadership and contribution to project success.
