Through the provision of impactful advisory services, Jessica and her team have helped a range of clients, from large academic centers to smaller community programs, realize their strategic objectives, including market expansion, recruitment of top-tier researchers and clinicians, operations performance improvement, NCI designation, and financial sustainability. Jessica is a national speaker on topics related to performance improvement, advanced payment methodologies, patient access and engagement, and strategic marketing positioning, and she coauthored Oncology: Strategies for Superior Service Line Performance, a book published by HealthLeaders Media. Prior to joining ECG, Jessica spent almost 10 years leading cancer programs at academic medical centers.
‘Without ECG, we could not have been as successful in planning and developing our new, multidisciplinary cancer program. The program that ECG helped us implement, including a new 220,000 square foot facility, is changing the approach to cancer care in the state of Oklahoma by bringing together state-of-the-art approaches to clinical care, research, and patient experience.’
