Patients turn to healthcare providers during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives, so I feel strongly about creating an exceptional care experience for them. I’m eager to help transform the healthcare system into a model that delivers affordable, high-quality care that patients can easily access and navigate. I find it rewarding to work in an industry where we have the privilege of improving people’s quality of life.
In a national healthcare environment where care is increasingly shifting to the outpatient setting, clients value Jyoti’s experience with managing frontline ambulatory operations and optimizing patient access. She is passionate about improving care quality and affordability while maintaining a patient-centric mindset. Jyoti has built relationships with staff, physicians, and executives and is known for her ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and lead them to a common goal.
At ECG, Jyoti works alongside both pediatric and adult organizations, ranging from stand-alone hospitals to large, multistate health systems, to complete patient access optimization initiatives, ambulatory performance assessments, and operational improvement projects. Jyoti leads initiatives to improve the consumer experience through contact center transformation, yielding significant financial and patient experience improvements for her client organizations. These large-scale implementation projects require attention to detail, the coordination of numerous stakeholders across the enterprise, and substantial change management efforts to achieve optimal results. Jyoti also assisted an academically affiliated children’s health system with assessing its current outpatient access capabilities to identify gaps. This initiative encompassed the development, piloting, and full-scale implementation of various optimization efforts, including redesigning access-related workflows, optimizing provider scheduling templates, assessing provider capacity, and planning for referral centralization.
