Jake’s experience working with healthcare organizations to create accurate financial models and interpret complex analytics is valuable for clients as they look for quantitative guidance to support their strategies. He orchestrates comprehensive analyses and valuations of healthcare provider compensation arrangements, which are meticulously aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Jake synthesizes information to support recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions and drive successful outcomes. 

While at ECG, Jake has performed valuations for 50 healthcare provider clients, encompassing over 100 distinct medical specialties. For one such project, he composed fair market value assessments on 60 individual physicians for Corewell Health. He also spearheaded impactful initiatives that resulted in cost reduction and improved physician relationships within the health system, leading to decreased turnaround time for over 5,000 affiliated physicians to receive remuneration for their services. During another other important engagement, Jake assessed complex physician employment agreements, productivity-based incentives, and call coverage arrangements in a critical whistleblower case for the United States Department of Justice. This involved skillfully conducting thorough analysis spanning eight years of data for seven providers. The delivery of precise, reliable, and defensible valuation opinions was crucial to the case's success.
