Chris brings a diverse range of healthcare experience to the table, including competitive financial reporting and forecasting, executive-level advisory support, hospital-based program leadership, and laboratory research. His degree in public health, coupled with his rich background, allows him to produce highly effective and insightful deliverables that make him a valuable asset to clients aiming to grow, innovate, and strategically transform while operating in challenging environments.
Prior to joining ECG, Chris was a strategic planning consultant at Kaiser Permanente Washington. In this role, Chris spearheaded a nine-month strategy development initiative, during which he was responsible for synthesizing market-specific data sets, collaborating with functional experts, and presenting compelling insights and recommendations to Kaiser’s VPs. As a direct result of Chris’s findings and guidance, leadership executed a provider network change with a projected return of $2.5 million in cost savings. Before that, Chris provided strategic support to Kaiser’s executive leadership team and board of directors as a business analyst and project consultant, producing comprehensive financial assessments that were used by the CEO and CFO to inform critical decisions.
