Clark’s unique approach to consulting combines quantitative acumen and tactical thinking, which he has demonstrated over the course of his 12 years at ECG. During this time, he has worked with physician group and health system executives to address all manner of physician-hospital alignment needs. Clark takes pride in his ability to balance the strategic imperatives of all involved parties, and his empathetic approach to problem-solving ensures all stakeholders feel personally invested in the success of a project.
Clark has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients, from large academic medical centers and children’s hospitals to local and regional medical groups. Since joining ECG in 2012, he has honed a comprehensive skill set through his work on enterprise and service line strategy development, provider workforce and compensation planning, and financial valuations. This diverse portfolio of project work provides Clark with a multifaceted perspective that considers the strategic, operational, and financial challenges faced by provider organizations in an increasingly complex environment. Recently at ECG, Clark has conducted a series of engagements focused on assisting health systems and medical groups build adaptable and sustainable strategic and financial alignment through revised professional services agreements or direct employment terms.
