With an individualized approach to helping clients develop innovative solutions, Bridget has worked with health systems, hospitals, and physician practices to address their most pressing compensation matters. She helps position her clients to evolve and adapt to the challenges posed by rising healthcare costs, shrinking reimbursement, and shifting regulations.
Prior to joining ECG, Bridget worked in Integrated Healthcare Strategies’ physician compensation division, where she focused on physician and advanced practice provider compensation arrangements, fair market value assessments, and compensation redesign. She consulted on the design and implementation of a variety of compensation arrangements at integrated healthcare systems, children’s hospitals, and academic medical centers to improve financial performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
