With an ability to craft individualized approaches and develop innovative solutions, Bridget has helped health systems and medical groups across the nation address their most pressing compensation matters. She is skilled at positioning her clients to successfully evolve and adapt to the challenges posed by rising healthcare costs, shifting reimbursement, and heightened recruitment and retention needs.
Bridget's expertise in medical group optimization spans all facets of provider compensation, including market best practices, compensation design considerations, and care team incentives. She has extensive experience leading teams in the development and implementation of meaningful change across all physician and advanced practice provider (APP) roles, with special consideration for the financial goals of the organization. She also has specialized experience in constructing flexible compensation structures for rural healthcare facilities, women’s health service lines, and organizations transitioning to value-based care. Recently, during a critical merger of two large health systems, Bridget led a medical group redesign and integration initiative for over 6,000 physicians and APPs to implement a well-defined and standardized approach to medical group management and compensation at the joint organization.
