Her more than eight years of experience working in one of the top academic health systems in the world helps her intimately understand and translate her clients’ challenges into opportunities and competitive advantages. Vivian has partnered with physicians, nurses, C-suite leaders, and frontline staff to further their mission and accomplish their goals. Her attention to detail and commitment to analyzing problems from multiple angles ensures actionable recommendations and insights.
Vivian uses her diverse skill set to help organizations design, plan for, and successfully pursue partnerships, affiliations, and more integrated structures that are aligned with their long-term goals and strategic priorities. She has also supported clients on engagements related to strategic planning, faculty group practice integration, and community-academic physician alignment. Most recently, Vivian partnered with a regional health system, faculty practice plan, and university to create an integrated academic health system in West Virginia. Prior to joining ECG, Vivian worked at Cleveland Clinic in a matrix role as the administrator for the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and administrator of East Region Primary Care, during which time she was responsible for the operations, financials, and strategy for over 300 providers across more than 25 locations and an annual operating budget of $89 million.
