He focuses on implementing new processes with standardization across an organization to ensure comprehensive use of an IT system.
Before joining ECG, Utpal was an independent consultant focused on the implementation and optimization of Epic EHR, specifically on ambulatory, population health, regulatory, telemedicine, and revenue cycle products that delivered performance improvement for multiple health systems. He assisted with many large-scale implementations across four different organizations, including leading a meaningful use/MIPS implementation for 400 providers through Epic that ensured attes-tation of more than $2.5 million.
