Trevor is an analytically focused leader with a record of success working to solve some of his clients' most significant operational and financial issues. Trevor has over seven years of experience partnering with key stakeholders, including physicians, APPs, nurses, C-suite executives, managed care executives, and front- and back-end administrative staff, to solve complex problems using data-driven solutions. Having worked with both small physician practices and large regional hospital systems, Trevor has experience diagnosing issues, developing action plans, and implementing solutions for strategic and managed care challenges at a wide range of provider organizations.
Prior to joining ECG, Trevor worked as a consulting manager on the Healthcare Managed Care Team at Guidehouse. In this role, Trevor supervised multiple managed care engagements, which included helping a $3 billion Mid-Atlantic health system’s managed care team prepare for contract negotiations with a major national payer worth $500 million in net revenue. Before Guidehouse, Trevor worked as an operations consultant at Privia Health, where he partnered with 25 different physician practices to develop strategic growth plans, implement operational improvement initiatives, and provide training on value-based care programs. In doing so, Trevor helped the practices realize a combined $3 million in fee-for-service revenue growth and $5 million in additional net revenue gain from value-based contracts.
