Thomas’s experience handling intricate data sets gives him the ability to extract valuable insight from and transform complex information to create meaningful inputs while providing simplified explanations that offer comprehensive understanding.

Before joining ECG, Thomas worked as a technology risk consultant for RSM. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating technology advisory engagements focused on evaluating the design and effectiveness of clients’ IT controls portfolios, particularly in regard to their ability to achieve and maintain compliance with SEC regulations. Most recently, Thomas helped a client encountering compliance challenges following an acquisition by developing and implementing a tailored control set that effectively mitigated the organization’s IT risks. Through his guidance, the client not only achieved compliance within the six-month timeline mandated by the SEC but also gained the ability to address its evolving needs in a rapidly changing business environment.
