Savannah holds a particular interest in data analytics and research and began her professional career in the provider recruiting industry handling marketing and business development. From her experience, Savannah has become well versed in navigating the growing physician shortage affecting all areas of the country. In her role, she brings strong client management skills to develop medical staff plans with her team. At ECG, Savannah strives to bring her recruiting expertise to strategically plan for imminent provider needs in a dynamic, evolving healthcare system.
Previously, Savannah worked at Adaptive Medical Partners, where she assisted healthcare organizations in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Her primary focus was on clinics in rural areas, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and critical access hospitals, since these organizations face high competition with large health systems for recruitment and retention. Within her role, she was responsible for outreach and meeting with organizational leadership, along with contract negotiations for recruiting services. The COVID‑19 pandemic further verified the importance of seeking external recruiting assistance, as many healthcare organizations struggled to find providers to fill an urgent need. Savannah’s client strategy centered on ensuring that the organization sought the right fit for its long-term success and improved the patient experience. During her time as a client services manager, Savannah successfully networked and met with many healthcare CEOs and other leadership members. She engaged new clients and also facilitated a partnership with the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association to assist its FQHC members with recruitment and establish an ongoing relationship that provided members with tools and resources for retention.
