I am passionate about helping my clients solve problems. My many years of experience allow me to quickly assess a situation to begin bringing insights to my clients almost immediately. While I try hard not to reinvent the wheel and strongly believe in instilling best practices, I understand that each client has unique issues and perspectives. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to develop buy-in as well as to ensure the outcomes are achieved long after the engagement is over.
With more than 30 years of experience in working with healthcare providers, Robin brings a wealth of expertise to her engagements. She has directed significant client projects in strategic and technology planning and operational performance improvement. She also has an extensive background in creating connected communities and working to strengthen ties between hospitals and other providers across the continuum of care.
Although the majority of her career has focused on consulting, Robin spent 10 years in progressive leadership positions at a leading academic medical center and health system as both a COO of the primary care network and the senior administrator for its pediatric practice plan. She brings a passion for helping clients capitalize on technology to support and improve operations in ambulatory and hospital settings, and more recently Robin has focused on the transitions of care and patient engagement—outside the hospital.
