Rachel’s background working with providers, executives, and frontline staff to increase productivity and improve patient access and experience allows her to relate to clients’ perspectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs. In an environment where controlling costs is equally as important as improving access and quality, clients value Rachel’s healthcare operations experience and public health background. At ECG, Rachel works to improve operations through the implementation of sustainable initiatives. Examples of her recent experience include providing project management support and clinical operations expertise for the implementation of two shared services organizations supporting regional and national healthcare systems operating across 19 states; evaluating and improving the operational efficiency and financial sustainability of telehealth operations for a regional hospital system in the Northeast; and leading clinical, administrative, and IT work groups through a patient-focused transformation initiative aimed at redesigning workflows and Epic tools to increase efficiency in a centralized contact center and improve access to specialized services.
