Mimi is a seasoned healthcare technology executive adept in designing and delivering high-performance technology applications that enable digital transformation while sustaining existing operations. She brings 30 years of experience in strategic planning, IT-enabled operational transformation, M&A, governance, and organizational change management to her clients. Her successful history of improving company performance and broad understanding of the healthcare and technology industries brings a unique strategic perspective in connecting technology solutions to business and clinical needs. Mimi is passionate about helping organizations evaluate and solve complex problems with measurable results using creativity, employee collaboration, and technology.

Prior to ECG, Mimi served as CEO at BizTech Connection, where she led a variety of consulting engagements. One project included corporate restructuring for a large academic healthcare system. She also guided a regional health system in evaluating ROI for a complex electronic health record conversion, resulting in more favorable contract terms and reduced pricing by 20%. As chief information officer for Baptist Health South Florida, Mimi established the IT strategy, organization, and governance structure. This work expedited the organization’s rapid growth from one hospital to a four-county regional health system while sustaining and improving existing technology capabilities. She managed a highly effective and engaged workforce of over 700 employees skilled at collaborating with operational partners to achieve organization goals. Mimi also served on the national board of the Healthcare Finance Management Association for four years.
