Pete is a team-oriented, collaborative adviser whose ability to navigate complicated projects with attentiveness and effective communication makes him an asset to every project team. Pete’s strengths are rooted in his exposure to complex financial analyses, often with high visibility from senior management, and his extensive finance experience and wide array of previous fair market value and business valuation projects enable him to help clients efficiently achieve impactful solutions.
Prior to joining ECG, Pete was a portfolio reporting associate at Walton Street Capital, where he oversaw both fund- and investment-level performance returns for three real estate debt funds totaling $2.3 billion in committed investor capital and $8.3 billion in loan originations across more than 130 investments. Pete’s responsibilities also included building and maintaining fund projection models, dissecting historical data and creating projections for strategic decision-making, and developing materials for active fundraising initiatives. Before that, Pete was a supervisor in RSM US’s Valuation Services practice. In this role, he managed a team of five junior staff members to complete various engagements, including valuing private equity and venture capital positions and completing multiple M&A valuations for an acquisitive national home healthcare services organization.
