Niki Patel

Niki is a dedicated and results-oriented healthcare professional who has a strong analytical focus and specializes in the effective management of business operations. She is passionate about optimizing workflows, implementing cost-effective solutions, and fostering collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams. Niki believes in utilizing a data-driven approach to inform strategic decision-making. 

Before joining ECG, Niki was the business administrator in the Department of Cardiovascular Services and the Department of Medicine at Loyola Medicine. In this role, she supported the service line leaders, providing operational reports, budgetary/financial analyses, and pro forma development for 11 clinical programs comprising more than 200 faculty members. Niki also completed an administrative fellowship at Loyola Medicine, during which she served as a COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic coordinator overseeing the administration of over 700 vaccinations daily and managing staffing for over 300 nurses, service representatives, and nonclinical support staff.
