Manasi brings to every engagement strong relationship-building skills, analytical acumen, and a diverse range of experience from her time working with hospitals, medical billing companies, and nonprofit organizations. Her passion for learning fuels her drive for continuous improvement, allowing her to approach each project with a fresh and innovative mindset. Her ability to connect with people, combined with her analytical expertise, ensures successful collaboration and impactful outcomes.

Prior to joining ECG, Manasi worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she supported various initiatives related to healthcare operations and data analysis, including developing a 10-year financial summary, optimizing clinic operations through the creation of roles and responsibilities matrixes, and revamping a three-year business continuity plan for a major service line. Before that, she held roles at Children’s Health Dallas and the American Heart Association.
