Lili is passionate about helping healthcare organizations expand their ability to reach and serve their communities to ensure that critical services are accessible to those who need them most. She works closely with oncology programs to navigate the increasing challenges of offering comprehensive services amid rising cancer incidence rates, using oncology-specific analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize service offerings. With a focus on business planning, financial feasibility, and market growth, Lili helps programs build sustainable strategies that enhance patient care while strengthening their competitive position.
At ECG, Lili specializes in program development, strategic planning, and operational improvements for cancer programs ranging from small community centers to NCI-designated programs. She brings a data-driven approach to support organizations in developing strategic roadmaps that strengthen their market presence, enhance program differentiation, and optimize financial performance. Examples of Lili's experience include defining the scope of services for the regional expansion of an NCI-designated cancer program; developing financial feasibility models for a new radiation oncology program; creating tumor site–specific strategic plans to increase the community impact for a nationally recognized cancer center; and projecting nonprovider staffing needs to facilitate access to comprehensive patient services such as patient navigation, clinical research, and financial counseling.
