An auditor by training, Lee has a keen eye for detail and approaches challenges with an unrelenting determination to reveal the optimal solution. Lee’s clients value his ability to drill down into an abundance of data and apply logic and reasoning to arrive at a clear, concise recommendation. Having spent several years working with clients to resolve both financial and operational issues, Lee has a firm grasp on the key problems health systems are facing in today’s complex business and regulatory environment. Before joining ECG, Lee worked at EY as a manager in its audit practice, providing audit services to some of the largest and most prominent health systems in the New York metropolitan area. As a member of EY’s Northeast Healthcare group, Lee supported both buy-side and sell-side clients during the lead-up and integration phases of their respective mergers and acquisitions. In doing so, he worked directly with CFOs and directors of finance to develop strategic roadmaps for integrating the financial systems and accounting methodologies of the parties, with a focus on maximizing posttransaction performance and adhering to regulatory nuances.
