As a member of ECG’s Strategy and Business Advisory Division, she navigates clients through the complexities of alignment from planning to implementation, helping them understand market demands, assess practice performance and options for alignment, develop contract terms, and operationalize business units to maximize success. Her efforts have resulted in the development of a new medical foundation and two hospital outpatient department specialty clinics in California as well as optimized professional services agreements for primary and specialty care. Kelly has also performed numerous assessments of hospitalist coverage arrangements, advising hospitals and hospitalist providers on industry trends, optimal coverage models, alternative funding models, and compensation plans.
