Specifically, he has focused on strategic and physician planning, developing demand and financial projections for both inpatient and ambulatory environments, and understanding the facility and capital implications of strategic plans and market expansion.
Throughout his tenure at ECG, John has completed multiple successful strategic planning engagements. Representative clients, encompassing both payers and providers, include Advocate Aurora Health, Providence St. Joseph Health, Ascension Health, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Baptist Health, Mass General Brigham, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
