Jill has led transformative initiatives across a variety of complex healthcare settings that have significantly improved patient outcomes, enhanced operational efficiencies, and strengthened organizational culture. Prior to joining ECG, Jill worked as the chief nurse executive at Bon Secours Mercy Health. In this role, she served as a multistate nursing operations and executive leader, managing a $2 billion budget and overseeing approximately 5,700 FTEs. Jill's work focused on providing direction, supervision, and consultation for nursing in all areas of organization to ensure professional nursing practice, patient and provider safety, high-quality clinical outcomes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Before that, Jill worked at Bon Secours Virginia Medical Group, where she was appointed the first chief nurse executive for the Ambulatory, Medical Group, and Care Continuum division.
