Jessi McCarthy

With a background in physician compensation valuation and design and healthcare market analytics, Jessi brings to her projects almost a decade of experience analyzing healthcare data. Jessi’s primary approach involves evaluating data to identify trends and then building insightful data models and tools that efficiently and effectively display data findings.

Prior to joining ECG, Jessi was a senior business development analyst for University of Minnesota Physicians. In this role, she supported the market analytics needs of M Health Fairview’s neurosciences and musculoskeletal service lines by maintaining internal dashboards and reports and providing market share and market projection data to help service line leaders make strategic decisions and set annual goals. Before that, Jessi worked at Allina Health as a physician compensation specialist, where she was responsible for managing the compensation plans of over 4,000 employed physicians to ensure FMV compliance and market competitiveness.
