With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Jordan is an expert in provider contracting and payer strategy. She delivers thoughtful, data-driven solutions for healthcare organizations across the country. Jordan's diverse experience enables her to identify revenue opportunities and optimize financial performance for her clients. She has worked with hospitals, physician groups, and ambulatory surgical centers, and therefore has a deep understanding of the full provider landscape. As healthcare innovation continues to expand and more treatment options become available to patients, clients appreciate Jordan’s guidance as they navigate nontraditional payer contracting scenarios, such as those related to oncology, drug reimbursement, and cellular therapy services. She is experienced in revenue optimization initiatives that utilize unique payer strategies for complex patient care and new and emerging technologies. Above all, Jordan believes in the power of a well-planned strategy and relies heavily on her strong project management skills to deliver results.
Since joining ECG in 2015, Jordan has partnered with financial leaders in health systems from coast to coast to develop and execute payer and pricing strategies. She is a trusted adviser to both administrators and providers and has a proven track record of securing profitable, multiyear contracts for her clients; enhancing contract language; and resolving operational issues. Notably, Jordan is regarded for her work in oncology, transplant, and cellular therapy payer contracting. She has designed numerous reimbursement strategies for nationally recognized cancer centers and independent oncology groups as well as has experience developing and implementing payer contracting frameworks for radiation oncology, chemotherapy, and other related services. She has also worked with academic medical centers and other health systems across the country to establish adequate and flexible transplant and cellular therapy contracts that reflect the complex nature and high cost associated with these services.
