Jason is a healthcare professional with more than seven years of experience in the consulting industry. His broad project management experience across acute, post-acute, and ambulatory healthcare organizations, combined with his analytical skills, enables Jason to compress time to value for his clients. Jason also excels in transferring analytical practices and optimized workflows to clients to ensure the sustainability of benefits and outcomes achieved during project work.
Prior to joining ECG, Jason worked for Zitra Healthcare Partners, where he specialized in major service line turnarounds for support and ancillary services. Most recently, Jason led a project focused on insourcing lab services at a multispecialty clinic network with over 35 locations in the Houston metroplex, ultimately helping the organization realize over $7 million in annual savings. Jason also led strategy and analytics for a medical equipment asset management initiative at a national post-acute care system composed of over 75 hospitals, during which he inventoried each facility’s specific needs, identified targeted savings opportunities, and managed the vendor RFP process. Recurring operational savings from the initiative were in excess of $4.2 million annually.
