Her involvement across the healthcare spectrum has provided her with a broad perspective on the priorities and relative challenges of various sectors. Heather has a passion for using data-driven insights to layer trends with granular industry-level and organization-specific dynamics to understand and inform strategy.
Before joining ECG, Heather held various progressive roles at Avalere Health, a DC-based healthcare consulting firm. In her most recent position as a senior consultant, Heather managed engagements with healthcare organizations that informed value-based care participation, assessed provider performance, analyzed payment reform implications, and drove market strategy. Throughout her career, Heather has conducted an array of analyses, including evaluating the financial impact of innovative care models on federal spending, forecasting implications of policy developments, developing growth and market-entry strategies for healthcare technology firms, and analyzing the impact of social determinants of health on outcomes measures.
