Greg partners with the leadership of academic medical centers (AMCs) to guide complex, multiparty initiatives to improve performance across AMC component entities by more closely aligning strategic priorities with underlying organizational, governance, management, and financial structures.
Since joining ECG in 2008, Greg has partnered with dozens of AMC component entities on a wide range of engagements, including strategic planning, health system and university affiliations, academic health system organizational design and clinical enterprise restructuring, and funds flow redesign. He has also advised on and led the development and implementation of adult and pediatric faculty practice plans, including for hybrid entities involving both academic and private practice physicians. Clients value Greg’s ability to blend strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with deep technical and analytical expertise to identify solutions that align diverse incentives and create sustainable relationships at the organizational and program levels.
