At ECG, Garrett works with diverse clients across the United States to address a variety of strategic and operational challenges. His project work has included crafting multiyear strategic plans focused on competitive positioning, growth, and operational efficiency for freestanding children’s hospitals, community health systems, and multihospital health systems. He facilitated the transition of two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) from an ASC management company into an operating agreement with a large academic health system in the Midwest. Garrett also led regionalization efforts for cardiovascular services across a multiregional health system in South Texas, enhancing service accessibility, quality, and financial viability. Additionally, he helped develop a dynamic capacity index tool to evaluate capacity constraints within medical and surgical practices for a health system consortium in metropolitan New York City.
