Having worked in numerous hospitals, Geetika is skilled in collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and administrators to advance transformational projects. Geetika is a strategic thinker and natural problem-solver, and she approaches every project with a goal-oriented perspective. Her clinical background, coupled with her performance improvement experience, allows Geetika to bring a holistic outlook to projects.
At ECG, Geetika’s work focuses on ambulatory care improvement, revenue cycle operations, and EHR implementations. Geetika uses a data-driven approach to identify issues and propose solutions in support of her clients’ patient access and operational improvement initiatives and contact center implementations. Her ability to collect, review, and analyze large data sets has been crucial for project success. Most recently, Geetika designed a progress-tracking process for a large margin improvement project, which involved gathering and evaluating data from over 100 initiatives across six work streams to accurately depict the annual estimated savings for the organization. Before joining ECG, Geetika worked as a project manager in the Process Improvement Division at Massachusetts General Hospital. In this role, she led access optimization initiatives for the Department of Surgery to increase surgical yield and new-patient access, most notably enhancing Epic scheduling functionalities for approximately 300 providers.
