Before joining ECG, Elizabeth was a system director in business integration and mergers and acquisitions at SSM Health, where she oversaw strategic planning efforts, operational developments, and high-value mergers and acquisitions, including the system’s acquisition of SLUCare Physician Group, which added over 600 providers and more than 50 care sites to SSM Health’s St. Louis region. As a natural leader and thought partner, Elizabeth’s strength lies in collaborating with clients on strategic assessments and plan development; change management; and the design and implementation of affiliations, physician alignment strategies, joint ventures, integration plans, and other transformative partnership strategies. She also has experience navigating complex organizational structures, including those found at large, faith-based organizations.
