There are many things I appreciate about working at ECG, but foremost are: leadership that I know and trust; clients that I like and respect; coworkers who are talented, professional, and fun to be around; and the opportunity to solve a wide variety of important, interesting problems.
For over 25 years, Dave has focused on improving the performance of and achieving alignment between hospitals, physicians, and other entities. As providers grapple with shrinking revenues and increased costs, Dave works closely with hospitals and medical groups on matters related to payer contracting, revenue projections in support of acquisitions and affiliations, and professional services arrangement development.
Dave’s clients appreciate his deep knowledge of the issues associated with hospital-physician relationships and affiliations, along with his understanding of the perspective and value that each party brings to these transactions. At ECG, his work focuses on developing compensation and financial support arrangements for hospital-based professional services, most notably in anesthesia, and supporting third-party payer reimbursement analyses, benchmarking, and projections. Dave’s insight and advice helps clients better understand their environment to make informed business decisions and positions them for success. Prior to joining ECG, Dave served as an officer in the US Army for eight years, and today his clients value the leadership qualities honed during important international assignments.
