Chris possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in global strategy and business development in the pediatric market. In response to the transformative times in healthcare brought on by the COVID‑19 pandemic, Chris has helped design and implement digital product offerings for both national and international clients, including virtual visits, remote second-opinion requests, and physician-to-physician consults. Chris is skilled at using data analytics and market insights to inform strategies to help his clients increase patient volume, improve access, boost brand awareness, and secure patient referral channels.
Since joining ECG, Chris has applied his expertise and analytical approach to his client engagements, which have included conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current and desired future state of a pediatric program, evaluating GME expenses and funds flow for a large health system, and securing ACGME accreditation for a newly established residency program. Prior to joining ECG, Chris was a senior strategy and business development associate on the national and international growth teams at Boston Children’s Hospital. There, he worked with senior leadership to develop strategies for increasing complex patient referrals from pediatric markets outside of New England and led the redesign and implementation of workflows for processing remote second-opinion requests, reducing turnaround times by 50%.
