Chloe’s diverse healthcare industry experience shapes her creative and collaborative approach to developing solutions in partnership with clients. Her time spent in operations and project management roles has given her a lens for practical, data-driven problem-solving and enables her to develop recommendations that are both impactful and implementable. Chloe is a prime partner in building out new initiatives and programs due to her ability to navigate complex operational challenges while maintaining a positive, energetic outlook. She believes in keeping the client, the mission, and the end consumers at the forefront of engagements to drive positive change for organizations and the communities, patients, families, and employees they serve.
Before joining ECG, Chloe was a manager in the Department of Population Health and completed an administrative fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. There, she developed expertise in pediatric accountable care organization operations and program development through her management of an eight-person team responsible for designing and scaling the community engagement program and marketing and communications service line initiatives. Prior to that, Chloe worked for Compass Professional Health Services (acquired by Alight Solutions) as a senior consultant, during which time she identified approximately $2.2 million in savings opportunities for her clients while helping hundreds of patients and families with their healthcare-related financial needs.
