Campbell’s diverse background in medical group finance, operations, business strategy, compensation planning, and valuation services has provided her with valuable insight into physician compensation plan design and administration, which she calls upon to help her clients align provider compensation with organizational objectives and optimize medical group performance.
Campbell began her career as an analyst at ECG before moving to Stanford Health Care, where she oversaw the provider compensation, finance, and governance management functions for a 250-plus provider multispecialty medical group. In addition, Campbell developed a comprehensive compensation manual and internal compensation compliance policy and worked with the COO to design and implement a compensation model for over 40 multispecialty APPs across the organization to improve provider retention and recruitment. Campbell has since rejoined ECG and now partners with clients to develop and implement clinician compensation plans, contracting arrangements, and process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining compensation administration functions.
