Through his background in engineering and process improvement, Corbin has developed a structured, methodical, results-driven approach to problem-solving that is valued by clients. He has an established track record of increasing patient throughput and improving patient access in both the hospital and ambulatory settings. Having worked across the healthcare continuum, Corbin appreciates the challenges each setting faces and enjoys developing unique solutions for his clients.
Corbin’s projects at ECG have been focused on improving academic and community hospital operations. Clients Corbin has worked with include Mayo Clinic, Rush University System for Health, and Moffitt Cancer Center. He partners with hospitals to improve their quality and safety metrics, redesign clinical processes, and design operations for new facilities. He is skilled at managing the organizational complexities of large-scale transformation initiatives and partners with his clients to develop and deliver sustainable results. Before joining ECG, Corbin worked for several academic health systems as an internal consultant supporting performance improvement and strategy initiatives. His efforts at Rush University Medical Center to enhance provider performance and operational efficiency enabled the organization to increase surgeon access to the OR and improve surgeon and staff satisfaction.
