Ben’s work at ECG focuses on partnering with hospitals, clinics, and health systems to identify opportunities to improve performance through IT strategies and solutions. Ben serves as ECG’s Cerner clinical subject matter expert and has a track record of successfully leading service line transformation and optimization projects. Before joining ECG, Ben was a senior clinical consultant at the Cerner Corporation. While there, Ben operated as the clinical lead for PowerChart, FirstNet, and Cerner’s population health and performance improvement solutions. He was responsible for providing expert guidance and support during all stages of the implementation life cycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, end-user training, change management strategy, and go-live support.
