Bill’s niche and expertise are especially valuable at a time when surgical procedures and care are increasingly shifting to ASCs and other outpatient settings. He has provided significant contributions to the ASC industry as a result of his deep knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations and vast experience with reimbursement methodologies. Bill has also delivered analytical support to multiple national healthcare initiatives that have been used to support CMS rule changes in reimbursement and benefited ASCs nationwide.
Prior to joining ECG, Bill was a senior analyst at Eveia Health, a firm specializing in ASC operations, business analysis, and managed care contracting. In this capacity, he conducted data evaluation projects for ASCs, physician groups, and surgical hospitals, often supporting clients and facilitating the collection of data for use in contract negotiations and chargemaster development.
