Before joining ECG, Andrew was a senior financial alignment executive for Cerner Corporation, where he managed revenue cycle outsourcing services for several major clients. Examples of Andrew’s work in this capacity include restructuring revenue cycle teams and redesigning workflows at Northern Arizona Healthcare and overseeing an outsourced vendor transition at RWJBarnabas Health. He also served as the interim executive leader of patient access for a large health system, during which time he guided the system through a Cerner go live, activated a centralized access center, and oversaw 700 access center FTEs. Prior to Cerner, Andrew was a patient access center manager for CHOC Children’s primary care network. With his leadership, the access center achieved notable performance improvements, including reducing the abandoned call rate from 8% to 2% and decreasing patient call hold times from 4 minutes to 30 seconds.
