Allison Baxter

Allie's ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and physician group clients appreciate her ability to skillfully analyze reimbursement and contract data to support their market analyses and payer negotiations. Allie uses her analytical background and natural attention to detail to help her team deliver high-quality deliverables and effective counsel to clients.

Currently, Allie's work encompasses reimbursement benchmarking, managed care strategy, and facility and professional payer contract negotiations. Allie has worked with a variety of clients from national provider groups, independent physician groups, ASCs, and health systems. On a recent engagement Allie and her team reviewed payer contracts and assessed current payer rates for a health system–affiliated pediatric ASC. The team was able to find a potential $14 million in additional revenue if the ASC achieves target rates. Prior to ECG, Allie worked at Qualcomm, where she honed her research and reporting skills by drafting and reviewing licensing contracts.
