As a result of her educational background and professional experience in the areas of strategic planning, service line development, financial analysis, graduate medical education (GME), and research administration for academic and community-based institutions, Anne has the skill set necessary to address her clients’ most challenging issues via practical and sustainable strategies. Clients value her ability to envision long-term solutions, even in politically complex environments, as well as her detailed knowledge of the technical requirements for successful implementation.
At ECG, Anne has supported a wide range of projects, including completing departmental reviews, developing affiliation arrangements between teaching hospitals and schools of medicine, assisting academic and community medical centers with strategic planning initiatives, and assessing GME and research programs. Anne also served as head of strategic analysis at the Danish Dental Association, where she developed organizational strategies in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, negotiated payer contracts, and advised on practice management and clinical practice patterns.
