Aleks is a healthcare strategy consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He has extensive expertise in providing strategic advisory services to adult and pediatric health systems, medical groups, and private equity firms on matters such as enterprise strategic planning, service line planning, workforce planning, and partnership advisory. Aleks translates market and client data into actionable takeaways that inform his clients’ strategies. He also builds strong relationships and trust with his clients by offering national perspectives on an array of topics and tailoring his recommendations to meet the needs of the market in which he is working.
Before joining ECG, Aleks was an engagement manager at the Chartis Group in its strategy practice. At Chartis, Aleks collaborated with the C-suite of a pediatric health system to develop a strategic plan focused on expanding healthcare access, alleviating reimbursement pressures, and brainstorming regional expansion opportunities. Prior to Chartis, Aleks was an associate vice president at Kaufman Hall. During one project there, Aleks helped prepare a service line plan for a health system in Hawaii to standardize best practices across each service line and reduce patient out-migration to other islands or the mainland by analyzing community need.
