Before joining ECG, Azka worked at Guidehouse as a senior consultant. There, she developed strategic plans for various service lines, including neuroscience, spine, and orthopedics at a Seattle AMC, where her work contributed to a gain of $20 million and supported preparations for a new multispecialty site. Additionally, she collaborated with the board and C-suite of a Minnesota pediatric hospital to create an enterprise-wide 10-year strategic plan, which established Centers of Excellence for cerebral palsy and spine, positioning the hospital as a leader in pediatric care. Azka also redesigned an access steering committee for a Philadelphia health system, resulting in targeted operational improvements and an $8 million projected gain.
