Andrew is a healthcare administration professional with an established track record of implementing successful strategic and financial initiatives. Through his experience working with large, integrated health systems, academic medical centers, and independent physician practices, Andrew has worked closely with leaders and administrative and clinical staff throughout the healthcare delivery system. He has a passion for strategic and innovative thinking that can improve business performance, the caregiver experience, and patient outcomes. At a time when health organizations must apply data to adapt to their ever-changing environments, Andrew’s clients value his analytical skills, which help them understand the impact of current and future decisions. Andrew’s ability to utilize and interpret data allows him to understand problems at a granular level and put forth informed and data-driven recommendations that make a significant impact.
Before joining ECG, Andrew worked as an administrative fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health. There, Andrew supported the CFO of the physician enterprise, along with other system-wide and local strategy and finance leaders. As a fellow, Andrew worked with medical groups in California to implement and expand innovative physician compensation models. He used his background in analytics and finance to conduct analyses and maintain databases, which were instrumental in the success of a project’s adoption and expansion. Through his real-world experience and academic training, Andrew obtained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and pressures that health organizations and providers experience, as well as the importance that cutting-edge and data-driven solutions have in the success of an organization as a whole.
