Andrew is a high-performing healthcare consultant with direct experience advising academic medical center (AMC) leaders on enterprise-defining decisions. His extensive background in operational leadership and data analytics has shaped his unique approach to problem solving, the basis of which lies in his ability to gather the right information from the right source at the right time. Andrew helps clients achieve meaningful solutions by engaging the necessary stakeholders and assessing the most appropriate data to ensure informed, effective decision-making.
Andrew has assisted clients on a variety of engagements, including academic health system design, faculty group practice integration, funds flow redesign, graduate medical education program development, research enterprise evaluation, and strategic partnership and affiliation planning. His broad project experience enables him to provide valuable insights as he helps AMC component entities concurrently pursue their clinical care, education, and research missions. Notably, he recently co-led the financial modeling activities for the development of a new billion-dollar academic health system, which will be the first of its kind in the region. Prior to joining ECG, Andrew worked for Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), where he oversaw business operations for the surgery clinics at TCH The Woodlands and collaborated with clinical and administrative leadership on various efforts to enhance TCH’s service offerings and overall reputation.
