My passion for healthcare stems from its ability to improve not only our individual lives, but also our economy and society. Working at ECG allows me to be part of this improvement through collaboration with industry leaders and exposure to healthcare’s greatest needs.

Her propensity for making data-driven decisions, coupled with her ability to cultivate close working relationships with providers and patients, gives her a unique perspective on the impact of project outcomes concerning patients, physicians, and frontline staff.
Prior to joining ECG, Anna worked as a surgery scheduler at The Portland Clinic (TPC), a multi-specialty medical practice in Portland, Oregon. While there, Anna helped one of TPC’s high-volume gastroenterology practices realize 10% in additional revenue by optimizing schedules and operations. Anna worked closely with clinic executives to develop a strategic and efficient work-flow that increased patient access, improved operations, and maximized revenue. During her time at TPC, Anna was part of a team that used research and data to take advantage of the clinic’s existing electronic patient portal capabilities.
